In the event we receive payment by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback or recover your payment or any other losses from www.deccanspice.co.in unless the same is sought on the ground of incorrect or defective product having been delivered to you. Delivery Policy :
www.deccanspice.co.in shall deliver all products purchased online within 2 Weeks from the date of purchase. We use third party courier / postal services for delivery and shall not be liable for any delay caused from the delivery service providers.
Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, otherwise it will be presumed that you have accepted delivery. In the event you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, there will be no additional shipping charges.
Limitation on Liability for Products & Services :
We have a preferred partner arrangement with few products & service providers to deal on their behalf. We do not endorse, recommend, or approve the quality standards of these products. Not 100% Satisfied with the Purchase / Wish to Return the Order
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase OR simply wish to return the order, due to any reason whatsoever, you placed oninfo@suyashnutrifoods.com then kindly send us an email on info@suyashnutrifoods.com within 4 days from when you receive the product/s with the proof of purchase and we will exchange the item in question or provide a Refund, after deducting a CANCELLATION FEE, which is calculated as Shipping Cost (At Actuals) + Administration Fee (5% of the Total Order Value), as applicable, depending on Deccan Spice by SuyashNutrifoods's consent. Also you must note under that circumstance, return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. The refund will be initiated once we receive the product. We will provide your refund using the same method of payment that you used to purchase the item. It is to be noted that Deccan Spice by SuyashNutrifoods has discretionary right to accept or reject the return. The same will be documented in an email and communicated to you within 15 days of your request to return the product.

Incorrect Size
Exchange of product due to incorrect size has to be returned to us within 7 days from the day you receive the product/s, with the proof of purchase and the product. If we think the reason is genuine and the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition, we would be more than happy to help the customer with the a different size in the same product, provided the size required by the customer is available in stock.

Defective products “Under Warranty by the Brand”
We strive to sell 100% genuine and quality products and hope that this does not occur, but if the product you purchase has a manufacturing defect for which the Brand does provide warranty, we request you to kindly email us an explanation or an image of the defect on info@suyashnutrifoods.com , within 30 days from the time of purchase, with the proof of purchase. Once our team approves the “Return”, you may ship the product to the address mentioned above. The product will undergo for tests to justify the defect and then the customer care team will get in touch with you depending on the test result. After consulting with the brand and examining the test results, the product may be replaced or repaired or returned back to the customer depending on what the brand decides or the test results suggest. We assure you that if the manufacturing defect is genuine, we would be more than happy to help you with a refund or a new product.

Shipping
Shipping of products during the return process to info@suyashnutrifoods.com is the responsibility of the customer. It is advised to use a shipping agent who will preserve the product as is handed over to them, until it reaches our doorstep and accepted by a representative of Deccan Spice by SuyashNutrifoods . We will not be able to entertain returns if they are damaged or returned in an unsaleable state due to any action or inaction by the shipping agent. The costs incurred in shipping the product to Deccan Spice by SuyashNutrifoods will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases

We have sent an incorrect product. We give immense attention to detail and quality, but we are human too.
Deccan Spice by SuyashNutrifoods will ship the replacement product back to the customer without any charge, only once. After shipping the replacement once, every subsequent shipment will be charged at actuals.

Delivery time and cost
What are the costs for shipping my order?
Shipping cost for each product is mentioned in each product and is displayed after the products are added to the Cart
If you order more than one quantity of the same product then, shipping cost reduces and is mentioned in the same "Shipping Cost" in the product Cart page.
When is an order dispatched and what is the expected delivery time?
Dispatch happens every working day at 5:00PM IST. If your order & payment has been received before that, we try our best to ship your order the same day itself. Sometimes the products of your order may be available at one of our other warehouses, in that case it may take a day to receive the product at our Main Warehouse, from where the dispatch happens. So the dispatch would happen the next day.
All orders received after 5.00 PM IST are shipped the next day. Having said that we understand that after purchasing the product you are very excited to receive the product/s at the earliest. Therefore we assure you that we try our absolute level best to dispatch the order at the earliest.
Consignment takes normally 2-7* days depending on the location. If the consignment contains liquid then it may take 3-10 days for the order to be delivered, as we have to dispatch the order through surface only.
*Important:We always try to make sure that your order reaches you at the earliest possible. We too shop online and understand what it means to want our orders to reach us at the earliest. That is always our aim and thats why we also constantly try and follow up with the shipping companies in this matter, so that your order reaches you in time. However, please understand that operations of courier companies are not in our control. We are always on your side and put in our best efforts to follow up wth the shipping companies as much as possible.
Because the operations of courier company is not in our control we cannot be held responsible for delays and the resultant impact on your trip schedules. We request you to please order early enough to accommodate delays.
As a general practice always check your courier package for any tampering or damage before you sign the POD receipt. In case there is a problem please don't sign POD and let us know at info@suyashnutrifoods.com
along with the Name/Phone# of the person delivering the package. POD once signed courier company doesn't entertain any complaints/claims.
My order has products with liquid in it, can the order be delivered? If yes, then how long will it take?
Yes we can deliver liquid items to most areas in the country, however it will take 3-10 days for your order to reach, as we have to dispatch the order through surface only. All liquid items are dispatched through India Post ONLY.
I want to ship my order to another address than the one I submitted at registration. Can I do this?
Yes you can save multiple addresses in your account on www.deccanspice.co.in Website. Choose the correct address, where you want your order to be shipped at, during checkout and it will be shipped to the desired address.
Can I choose the carrier for my shipment?
Yes & No. We use a variety of carriers including First Flight Couriers, DTDC, Shree Maruti Couriers, Professional Couriers, Speed Post (India Post), Blue Dart, Hand delivery,etc. Customers can suggest the carrier for their order and we will try our very best to accommodate their request. The choice of carrier is determined by whichever carrier has the best service in your area and the size of your order. And don't worry we will select the appropriate carrier option for you, to keep our shipping charges as low as possible while still maintaining the delivery expectations for the selected level of service. Once your order ships, the ship date, delivery method and other tracking details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email and in your account on www.deccanspice.co.in
What do I do if my product has not arrived on time?
You can email us on info@suyashnutrifoods.com or call on the numbers given in "Contact Us" page. We will check the issue by following up with the courier companies and inform you as soon as possible. We always hope that all orders reach the customer in timely and appropriate manner and do our best to achieve that. Though, sometimes circumstances are not in our control, but we will try our best to follow up with the courier company and try and deliver the package at the earliest.
Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
Not in the same order. You can place two or more orders with different “Shipping Addresses”
Can my order ship to a Post Office Box?
No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners therefore you must include full address details including a street address for the shipping address.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Once we receive your order, we take few upto 24 hours to process your order before handing it over to the shipping company. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our hand. Please contact us on info@suyashnutrifoods.com with your requested change and respective order number. We will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to the shipping company then we are unable to make any shipping address changes.
How long does domestic/international shipping take?
Domestic shipping may take anywhere between 2 to 7 working days to reach the customer, depending on which part of the county, order is being delivered. International shipping takes 10 to 20 working days to reach the customer, depending on which part of the world, order is being delivered
Are shipping fees refundable if I return my product?
Once a package is shipped we cannot refund the shipping cost. If you return your product, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us as well as the original shipping fee.

Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a mail with tracking number and the weblink of the Courier company.
Can I cancel / modify my order?
Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped out, then please email on info@suyashnutrifoods.com or call on the numbers given in "Contact Us" page. Our customer service team will assist you. There will be a 5% cancellation charge levied and rest of the order amount would be refunded or given as credit, which can be used for future purchases.
If the order has been shipped out, we would not be able to cancel / modify the order. Kindly check the "Returns" link at the bottom of the page for the "Returns Policy"
The product I ordered is damaged or has a defect or I received the wrong product. What is your returns policy?
We apologize if you have received a damaged or a defect product. All products go through Quality Check before being shipped from our warehouse. Sometimes even we make mistakes. Can I add a product after I have placed my order?
No, you cannot add a product to the same order. You can place a new order and we would dispatch the same at the earliest.
I want to see and/or try the product before I purchase it. Is there a store that I can visit?

Absolutely! please email on info@suyashnutrifoods.com or call on the numbers given in "Contact Us" (give contact us link) page with your request. If the consignment has already been shipped then we may not be able to hold the delivery.
